Since our early beginning, Elevated Home Crafters has been committed to providing top-notch residential and commercial contracting services to Billings, Montana and surrounding communities. Our founders, Mac Leffler and Justin Wagner, started the company with a vision to create a business built on integrity, reliability, and exceptional workmanship.
Mac Leffler
Owner & Operator
Mac is construction royalty and brings his industry expertise to Elevated. He began his trade by working for his father and later, founded Mac Leffler Construction in 1996. Mac plunged through competitive walls, making a name for himself as a highly coveted member of the HBA since 2012. He has participated in The Parade of Homes,showing his passion and creativity in the local area. Being raised locally in the Lockwood/Billings area and later graduating from Montana State, Mac has a knowledge of the area that can only be fostered by the years of working in the area he was raised in. Mac's passion is to advance the design of homes in the Billings and surrounding areas and to give every client the personal touch by inspiring unique style and personality to their homes.
Justin Wagner
Owner & Operator
A multi-generational builder, Justin has experience that eclipses most in his field. All Design, founded by Justin in 2004, brings experience that surpasses many builders in the area. His 24 years of experience and extensive comprehension of the area allows Justin to provide each client with a distinctive take on architectural styles covering all scopes of construction from the start to completion of each project. Justin has completed 30 homes throughout his career along with numerous additions, remodels, upgrades, and storm damage repairs. Though he has a very extensive resume in the construction field, his most important role is that of a husband of 24 years, and a father to 3 kids who, like himself, have been raised in the Billings/Heights area where he remains a pillar in his community.
Brayden Ross
Field Project Manager
Brayden is our Field Project Manager and is actively involved in all Elevated Home Crafters projects. Going beyond what our clients' expectations are on each project, Brayden achieves the highest quality by managing each job personally. Raised locally in a suburb of Billings, Brayden moved to Las Vegas to gain his experience and due diligence in the construction field. As a project manager, Brayden administered the design and development of semi-custom homes. Bringing those skills to Elevated, Brayden has gained the trust of our clients with his meticulous planning, directing and managing of each project while ensuring it stays on budget and schedule. This allows each customer to experience exceptional quality and a personal touch to their job.
Conner Heggem
Project Manager
Conner, being a native to the area also reigns from construction royalty. He began working with Elevated Home Crafters in 2019 but before this time he was homing in on his skills by being hands-on and learning the trade in every aspect of construction from the start to the conclusion of each job. Acquiring 9 years of experience, Connor is a Project Manager for Elevated and is the most conscientious and diligent project controllers. His planning and directing of each project ensure that our customer's experience is exceptional, building long-lasting relationships along the way.
Charli Bacon
Office Manager
Charli, new to the area, was born and raised in Raleigh North Carolina, making her journey west to see where her father was born and raised. She is a recent graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in Biology, with a focus on pharmaceuticals. Charli has a love of power tools and DIY projects, enjoying all aspects of construction. Our newest team member, Charli, has joined Elevated Home Crafters as our office manager. She has become a great asset by ensuring our customers get the best communication and customer support throughout their projects. She navigates the interactions with adjusters and mortgage companies which eases the minds of our clients. Since this is an essential cog in the construction process, her due diligence gives the team the administrative and management support they need to complete each job, allowing our construction team members to focus on what is most important, your projects. Though we love her in the office, don't be surprised if you see her on a roof.
